Horizontal Ribbon Mixer The APEC horizontal ribbon mixer has been installed world-wide in the animal feed and pet food industries. Along with these fields our mixers have also been used in a wide variety of other applications ranging from powdered drink mixes to the mixing of polyester resin for stone countertops.
Built Tough Double ribbon agitator mounted with solid spokes to a solid center shaft. No chain and sprocket drive arrangement. All mixers are constructed with a 3/16” or 1/4” thick tub and 1/4” or 3/8” end plates. All mixers use ball bearing flange or spherical roller bearings to support the main shaft.
Fast Cycle Times 3 to 3-1/2 minute cycle times.
